Shadab
Shadab Zeest Hashmi, serving as president of Aseel Collective, is a writer who has published four books of poetry and nonfiction, coordinated events for National Poetry Month at public libraries in San Diego county, and served for 14 years as the editor of Magee Park Poets Anthology, an annual project of the Friends of the Library. Ishmael von Heidrick-Barnes serves as secretary of Aseel Collective. A native Californian poet, lyricist, editor, and artist who has published two books of poetry. He served as the editor of the Magee Poetry Anthology for three years. Ishmael has collaborated with international fine artists and musicians on cross-cultural projects. Committed volunteer supporting Aseel Collective's programs and events. Plays a key role in community engagement and helps coordinate educational initiatives that bring together artists, scholars, and community members.

Active volunteer dedicated to building bridges through arts and culture. Assists with program coordination and community outreach, helping to create inclusive spaces for dialogue and creative expression.
Yousha
Student and emerging leader contributing fresh perspectives to Aseel Collective. Actively involved in STEM education and community service, bringing youthful energy and innovative thinking to the organization's initiatives. Responsible for the legal formation, governance setup and maintenance of Aseel Collective.
Shameem
Aerospace industry executive with extensive experience in satellite communications and global market development. Brings his experience, supporting Aseel Collective's organizational growth and strategic planning, in addition to participating in general operational and advisory capacity.
